How long does shipping take?

Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Do you offer a trial period?

Yes, we offer a 30-night sleep trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your pillow, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

How do I clean my Pillow Home products?

Most of our pillows come with a machine-washable removable cover. We recommend washing the cover on a gentle cycle and air drying; the inner core should only be spot cleaned.
